You cannot change that URL by replacing 7.3 with 7.4 and get it to work. Modifying the URL to 7.2 or 7.1 works fine.
Here is a command from 7.3 which did not carry over to 7.4

I did have a RFE that IBM made an "Uncommitted Candidate" to remove stuff from the documentation which was no longer supported. This was before 7.4 came out. Coincidence? I think not.
