These are existing tables, some date back to S/36 (or further back) and
have been converted to DDS/DDL. Changes to PART_MASTER would impact the
1007 (per DSPPGMREF) places that table is referenced.

Neither DDL nor ADDPFCST seems to allow literals. My most recent attempt
was to use a view over PART_MASTER as the parent, but that's not allowed
either (ADDPFCST gives an error).
