Hi all

I'm try to use the program at
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/find-your-external-ip-address-using-ftp to
retrive the AS400
<https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/find-your-external-ip-address-using-ftp%2
0to%20retrive%20the%20AS400> , but i receive the error "Your External IP
Address could not be determined", which could be the problem ? if i try to
run VFYTCPCNN <myas400>, it works fine
