I have a DIY JAR that uses Bouncy Castle (

The most recent Java group PTF broke my JAR, and to continue I'll need to
update to the latest version of Bouncy Castle. I'm a little embarrassed to
say that I'm on the Feb 2013 version, so I suspect it'll take a significant
amount of rewriting to get it functional. It seems to be a good time to
look around and see if there's a better option.
Is anyone doing DIY PGP? If so, any suggestions?
TIA
