Hard to tell
- what fields belong to which tables
- what field(s) you want to update
- where the value you want to use to update is coming from...

I assume you're aware of the UPDATE statement
update mytable t
set tgtfld = (select srcfld
              from othertable S
              where S.key = T.key)

Also MERGE is often a great alternative
merge into mytable t
using (select srcfld
       from othertable)
   as s
on (s.key = t.key)
when matched then
  update set tgtfld = srcfld

What have you tried?  What isn't working?
