I'm betting it will not bring the raid along with it. Remember it's rather dependent on the number of drives, raid controllers, etc.
IBM used to have a command SAVSTG and RSTSTG to do such stuff but it had very strict hardware dependencies. They no longer support those commands.

RTM carefully. There's an option you definitely want to turn off if you are restoring from another system when doing a full system restore. Got a meeting to rush to but something about SRM or system resource manager comes to mind. Do NOT restore from a different machine unless you're prepared to sell the system you just restored to for scrap value.
