I find it ironic that the debugger won't allow you to change files in
production libraries unless started with UPDPROD(*YES), because when I
have a Cycle update program (or any other iterative program that could
make a big mess if I got the logic wrong) that updates a file, I
frequently use the debugger very specifically to single-step it through
the first one or two records it is updating or deleting, as a final
check before turning it loose.
