DDS or SQL doesn't matter. What won't show is this:
CRTPF FILE(ROB/DELME) RCDLEN(10)

Syscolumns is not the cure all
SELECT * FROM qsys2.syscolumns
WHERE system_table_schema='ROB' and
system_table_name='DELME'
gets a blank on that also
