Wrong. I know 100% for sure. It varies by the refresh. If you look at the refresh page it will tell you if the refresh was just for the I_BASE DVD or if was for both the I_BASE and the B####_01 dvd. They never include more than that.

Notice that resave G also includes RS 730-10. Back in the days of physical media you could see 730-10 on the label for verification on the B DVD and the RS730-G on the I_BASE DVD.

Situations where a customer should use the Resave media include:
when a new partition containing newly purchased hardware is to be installed
when preparing to upgrade to new processor models or features
when using an alternative IPL device for recovery for new processor models or features
To determine the minimum Resave levels needed for hardware refer to the IBM Prerequisite tool.
