That email means that they have used their BP access to register themselves
for your customer number, with the privileges mentioned:
View Keys, View ePoE, Download and
Order Updates (if US customer nr)
If they are not your current BP and they are not working with you in
implementations and stuff like that, they should not have that access. They
have access to ESS to download software, request software upgrades and
migrations, etc.
I have used that access to move LPPs from one box to another and to update
the registered installed IBM i level to a new one (to generate the new keys
for example).
You should contact them and ask WHY they registered for your customer
number.
