FW: Business Partner Registration - Have I somehow been hacked

I received the below email (I've removed the company specific info). How
did this person get access to my company and what do I need to do to resolve
this? I followed the below link but I didn't see anywhere in it that had
anything to do with my company, profiles, etc.
