Hello Mark & everyone,

Am 13.09.2020 um 23:28 schrieb Mark Waterbury <mark.s.waterbury@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>:

Even simpler, he could just use DSPFFD ... works on TABLES and VIEWs, you just need to know the OS/400 object name underlying the SQL TABLE or VIEW.

I cannot speak for Patrik, but I am not sure he was only interested in the list of columns or fields ...

Maybe by initial request was a too broad. What I wanted was more or less a copy-paste template for recreating a table with all relevant settings.

Per chance, I took a look at iACS database functions. With the "generate sql" function within the schema function, I was able to obtain what I wanted.

Thanks to anybody who tried to help!
