LAN Console is configured at the LIC level, if you IPL from another LIC you
depend on its configuration. Think of the DVD/Tape media as an IBM i LiveCD
which has its own settings configured, if your tape had the console
configured it should come up, otherwise it'll default and you'll have to
configure it using the front panel.
