Our Datacentre does heat offices and my little house. Due to the thick walls
we do not hear our heating system ;-)

Price is not that bad at all - considered a high consumption gives a lower price and we can
save some money for air condition.

Technically true. Not something desired in summer time, though. And for winter time, there are less noisy, less expensive ways to heat than with electricity. At least here in Germany.
