ACS shortcuts stop working

Hello all,

Anyone in the group ever have an issue with ACS desktop shortcuts (HOD files) that don't work all of a sudden? We've had a few users today with this issue. They double-click and nothing happens. I can connect to their machines and go into the ACS session manager and they can start a session from there, but the desktop shortcut doesn't work. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACS with no luck. It's not everyone, just here and there. Is it possible that a Windows update might break HOD file shortcuts? Any thoughts are most appreciated. Thanks!
