We are using vendor software (the name escapes me at the moment - I will try and find that out later today)
So I am unable to answer this question
My question to you is - why this question?

Hi everyone
We are on V7r3
We have a process that refreshes files on our development system, from our production system
So far - we have had no problems
Except today
It seems that constraints (on the development system) causes the file NOT to be refreshed
Is there a "good" way to

1. recognize the files that have constraints

2. Then - disable them

3. Finally - after the files have been refreshed , to enable them
As always - all answers gratefully accepted
