Thank you all. I have a new 9009-41A that I have put all the latest firmware on. No errors reported but no LAPR are built yet. Running FW940.10(050) at this time. How soon do you think the new FW is coming? I am a week away from restoring an older Power 6 system to this new hardware.

We have had issues with that firmware on S914.  If you can still rollback, do it.

In our case we can't IPL from D with USB flash drive and V7R4 or V7R3, using the same we have used to install V7R3.

There's a new FW coming soon.
