We have had issues with that firmware on S914. If you can still rollback, do it.

In our case we can't IPL from D with USB flash drive and V7R4 or V7R3, using the same we have used to install V7R3.

There's a new FW coming soon.

IBM support is saying another customer upgrade to 050 from 041 and they are getting the same thing.
