I think you need to avoid dead zones with some consultancy from your RFArt Tostaine
provider.
I remember 25 years ago I was working for a company on a huge warehouse
with 4 levels and made of steel. RF was a nightmare until we called the
experts.
Maybe you have an alternatives:
* Get a new emulator with reconnections/retries
* Convert your green screens to web (CGIDEV2/Profound/Presto!/the one
you like)
