On the WRKACTJOB display, press F11 twice to see the original USER who submitted each job.  The column heading changes from "Current User" to "User" ...

I know it was sometime *after* I developed the two-stage spawning
profile for our WINTOUCH and THINVIEW products, because that two-stage spawn was developed specifically so that child-server jobs would always run, and show up in WRKACTJOB, under the user who signed on.
