My guess is Michael has it answered. If PCs are left with the sessions setup as suggested, then they will autoconnect/sign on as soon as the subsystem offers a sign on screen.

I also have many customers with the same situation.

Would 'Auto-Reconnect' under 'Communication' and then 'Configuration' be it? It's the option at the bottom of the dialog.

I think I've seen something similar here. If I am connected to the
system that is IPLed, I lose my connection (obviously) but the ACS
session doesn't end, and I think it keeps trying to reconnect. Then,
when the TCP/IP is restarted, it reconnects.

Is this perhaps what you're seeing?

Following the IPL, about 30 various ACS user sessions jobs auto started.

V7R3-latest CUME and all groups.
ACS 1.1.8.4 central deployment.
