Hi everyone
Just want to let everyone know the outcome of my problem
To cut a long story short - all instances of Java was removed from my pc and the latest version was downloaded
Fortunately, I realized that I still had the download for the latest version of Access Client Solutions on my pc
So I reran the executable and everything is now Non Compos Mentis, Peachy Keen, Tickety Boo (THAT will get a few of you)

Hi Paul
Its not resolved yet
What I believe has happened, based upon some people sending me questions, I received notification that a later version of java was available, so I downloaded it In doing that, it looks like the paths and/or environment variables got clobbered somehow.
Im trying to figure out how to unclobber them

That validates my thought that the paths and/or environment variables got clobbered somehow.

Are you saying the ACS client on your PC doesn't even start? If that's the case, run this from a terminal/command prompt:
java -jar path_to_jar_here/acsbundle.jar
