I don't have ACS on this machine, but I do have TN5250J. I can start it by running this in CMD:
java -jar "/Program Files/TN5250J/tn5250j-0.7.6/tn5250j.jar"
Note the " around the jar file name.
This might get you started.

java -jar path_to_jar_here/acsbundle.jar
