Company "RefurbUPS" sells replacement batteries for a wide variety of UPS systems. I suggest you check their web site-- they may have a direct replacement. www.refurbups.com

Most batteries just unplug, the new batteries plug back in.

In some cases you may need to unbolt the electrical connections to replace the batteries. Just be careful you don't let spare bits of metal touch the wrong places! (:
