Time for a curve ball.

The user is actually connecting via RDP to the same Windows Terminal server she uses in the office. I would have thought that the RDP client running on the Mac would have emulated a Windows keyboard when talking via RDP to Windows, but it seem not to be the case. IT did manage to get the user a wired USB keyboard, and with the external keyboard the right CTRL performs ENTER as desired. The left CTRL still doesn't do a Reset, but that's much easier to deal with.
