They have a method to stop/start again but we don't think that fixes it.

Waiting on an IBM response. Just sent them a ton of stuff so it will take a
bit for them to mull through that.

Is it from SMTP retrying to send emails? I remember a few releases back
they would get in a loop resending to invalid emails and cause super high
CPU usage.

The cure was to stop SMTP and MSF and restart MSF with the *CLEAR option.
But you may lose some valid emails as well that way.
