I'm not sure I understand the question because if you're already using
barcode readers, wouldn't you already know how they connect?

Amazon has a nice collection of wi-fi barcode readers. You connect the
barcode reader to the workstation via USB wireless adapter. Then you
connect your workstation to the IBM i server via whatever TCP/IP network
interface is available at your location.

Scan the barcode or QRC when your screen is prompting for input.
