Our company is using Office 365. We relay IBM i email to the company server. I cannot see what that address is, as I don't have the authorization.

Nonetheless, we have no trouble with PDFs. And you have said that other file types are fine.

In addition to checking with Microsoft, I would look into corporate filters and allowed objects and that kind of thing.

Hello, thanks for answering, MMAIL working fine, only that issue.

I don't believe MMAIL works with office 365 unless you have the IBM SMTP
server to work with it, along with the authentication and SSL. so that's
probably where the problem is.  There have been a lot of new hack...er..
features added to make IBM SMTP "work" with cloud email services...  I
would call IBM to verify things are set up ok.

Or... I have a better solution.  :)  Sorry Rob.  :)

debugging (when using MAILTOOL Plus) - Bypassing the IBM SMTP server means
that we can fully debug and track down sometimes hard to find problems.
Even the Trace TCP/IP Application (TRCTCPAPP) command won't be this
detailed!

Hello, I need help, I have an application called MMAIL, on an ibm i 7.2,
working fine.
We changed the mail routing, from lotus notes to an office 365, it works
well but the mails with an attached document type .pdf are sent
successfully but never reach their destination, other types of documents
do well.
I think it could be an office 365 lock, but I need to see if I can solve
it without touching the email service.

Can someone please tell me what's going on?
Best Regards.
