Depends. I'm pretty sure if you install PHP and some more or less ancient Drupal, after a while you'll find files you certainly did not upload. If these are "just" attacking the visitor's browser or running on the server itself: Dunno. I once cleaned up after a crypto mining trojan on a customer's web server, compiled for x86. Certainly that will not run in PASE. :-)

Also, the definition of Malware is somewhat blurry.
