Yes, set the system into manual mode.
Yes, the DST you already managed to get into.
Once you start the system into DST, and reset the QSECOFR profile, from that menu simply continue the IPL and you should be good to go.

You cannot RE-IPL or the override is cleared. You must simply back out
of setting the override and perform the IPL from the main DST menu.
Ok, I see what you mean. I am pretty sure, that I did also yesterday an manual IPL, which did not helped. Will try again and report back.
