SQL has a "... from json_table(systools.httpgetclob(:URL, ..." function.  A fairly simple RPG program will get that info for you if you find a web service you like.  Then you're good from then on.

This is essentially a one-time need in bulk. In a normal month we'll need
5 or 6 done and just do it by googling.

but that ain't gonna happen.
