That's iffy depending on what you're doing with it. Lots of info on the
TOS out there.. Seems like what they are mainly concerned about is storing
for more then 30 days (without refreshing) and/or selling the information.
None of them are very explicit especially when it comes to lat/long.

But then again, if you pay a few bucks you don't have to worry about that.
Not everything can be free.
