Thank you all for the replies.

Just after I sent the email I found it, then our email server crashed.
They are just getting it up now. Yikes!

We were unable to uninstall using old version on pc's.
Loaded new version, uninstalled old using new, then installed new.
Back to normal.

I did not install the ACS on those PC's so no idea how it was done.
Almost like part of the ACS was using something on a network drive that got hosed.

Never had an issue like this before and 5 users at once.

Jerry

Subject: RE: ACS Download

Recently had this issue for a couple users. Got on one of the machines and started it from a cmd window. Java could not get the 1GB heap that it requires because memory was too fragmented in Windows 10. Now having those users start ACS before Jabber as that appeared to be the biggest fragger of memory. Users can also not leave Jabber up and running with 10+ "active" conversations, that can also help :-). Your culprit may not be Jabber, but I'd lay odds the jvm can't get the contiguous memory for heap space that ACS needs to run.

Subject: ACS Download

Hi All,

This morning we have 5 people that the launch of ACS fails. No error messages.
Click to launch and a blip, then nothing.

Where is the current download of the ACS client?
I am poking around Fix Central and ESS and not finding it. I know it is there somewhere.

Thanks!
