Regarding your issue.
1. Do you have iACS installed on each client?
2. Have you tried starting iACS from a command shell? On Windows, you can open a command prompt and type the full path to the EXE. If it gives you an, you can sometimes see it in the shell. I see that most often due to JVM issues.

This morning we have 5 people that the launch of ACS fails. No error messages.
Click to launch and a blip, then nothing.

Where is the current download of the ACS client?
I am poking around Fix Central and ESS and not finding it. I know it is there somewhere.
