RE: renaming file on IFS

Since you control the retrieving,
and you've already ensured that the target CLRBMO.txt doesn't already exist,
then I rather like the suggestion that you rename the file on the download. For example, if you are doing FTP (do banks allow unsecured FTP?) then rename it with the GET subcommand.
But if your download technique doesn't support that then the wildcard suggestion works too
edtf '/home/rob/%BMOCdfdfdfdfdfd.txt'
REN OBJ('/home/rob/%BMOC*.txt') NEWOBJ('CLRBMO.txt')
Object renamed.
