Dear Art ,

I remember when we migrated from V6R1 to V7R2 , we had secured MQ
connections not working. And we came to know at a enable of weak ciphers
and associated protocols are disabled. We then had to explicitly enable
them until the front end application were ready to support higher protocol
and ciphersuites

My recommendation would be to look at this URL and check whats disabled on
your system

Did all the server certificates, application names, etc transfer over to
your new system? Double check in DCM.

Are the SSL certificates using a TLS/SSL version that is supported by your
new system?

As Patrick said, the error logs (or job logs if the jobs start and then
fail) should have some clues as well.
