In the manual that Bruce linked (which is the same one I used) page 1094 shows the allowed values for defaults on create table columns. Pages 1095-1096 show the generated clause which does list SESSION_USER.

I did not see that one. The manuals are definitely different. The one I have has a different font than the one you have, and in yours, the corresponding page is 128.
