RE: WRKJOBSCDE to be run EVERY Saturday AND the first of each month

One of the things that we learned from Y2K is that the first of the (any)
month will fall on each day of the week 4 times in a given 28 year period.

Roughly (10 years) * (12 months) / 7 days = 16 or 17 beginning of month
Saturdays.? :)
