But you have to sign-up for scribd to download it. It seems to be the old BookManager format, served up via the web interface.

I was already searching for that a while ago but I wasn't able to find a PDF version online with all the hassle of registration and whatnot.

It was on many of the older CDs containing the "AS/400 Softcopy Library" for various releases. If you do not manage to find a copy of that, let me know, and I can dig it out and send it to you.

Do you remember if it's in PDF or in Book-Format? I'd be interested in a PDF version of it.
