× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

The "average" user will not have access to the list of users.
The usual hack for that would be to just look for their message queues:

select objname, objtext
from table(qsys2.object_statistics(
'QUSRSYS', '*MSGQ')) x
