The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
My recommendation would extend on Dons.
See if it works if you specify a data queue at the outq level.
And also submit a ticket to IBM.
I would go with the option that works NOW because it may not be until V7Rxxx or V8Rxxx that you see a resolution if it's a true env variable bug.
I hadn't even heard of that ENV variable until his original post which means it's probably an obscure setting.

I don't have an answer but if you find the reason or why this is so I would be interested in the answer.
I think at this point I would open a ticket with IBM.
While you could specify the data queue manually on these queues I would prefer to know why the global environment variable did not work.

It has *NONE.
I thought by adding the environment variable all spool files would be
added
ADDENVVAR ENVVAR(QIBM_NOTIFY_CRTSPLF) VALUE('*DTAQ Lib/DataQ')
LEVEL(*SYS)
