Yea, I'm guessing that might have been it. I just changed the DSPJOB to
WRKJOB for a customer this morning......

I wonder if I was thinking of the options available on the system request
menu?

I was thinking there was some way in ?WRKSPLF? or some such thing to modify
options by messing with a message file or some such thing.

I looked at a way to get directly to WRKOUTQ the http way, such as
http://gdihq.corp.dekko.com:2004/ibm/console/navigation.do?pageID=com.ibm.i5
OS.webnav.navigationElement.WebnavOutqPortlet&moduleRef=com.ibm.i5OS.webnav.
SystemiNavigator&XSS=PViKGi7y6Nt3lF5L4SY-QuI
and then looking at "Application Administration" to control what options are
available. But then it was lunch time...
That URL looks ugly enough to suspect it could change with any TR or release
change. If you agree then vote on this RFE
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=91666

Changing command authority, to things like CHGOUTQ, remains a possibility.
However, with our ERP package inheriting adoption it could negate
customizing that.
