i believe there is an RFE related to this - but consider that the Run SQL Scripts app is not truly interactive in the sense that 5250 sessions are. Their job type is one kind of batch, I forget at them moment.

The error message looking for a response it this:

Change of file IBINTGFL may cause data to be lost. (C I)
