Install 5733-B45

Hello Everyone

I've asked our BP to get me 5733-B45 (AFP font collection)
He sent me a 209 Mb file named
F_2935_01_AFP_Font_Collection_for_i_Outline_Fonts_20101008_080435219.iso
which (I guess) is a CD/DVD image.

Now, How do I go about installing it,

burn it to CD and do a RSTLICPGM?

upload it to an Image catalog ? how? (I'm told that .iso files are a kind
of zip file)
