Always verify the license keys when ordering from ESS!
I ordered keys for my one LPAR.
Saw a complete list of products, which included BRMS. Hit the select all and told it to install. Entered my lpar name, userid and password. Acted like all was well. Later on I get hit with CPF9E73 Expiration date was reached. Yee Haw!
So I do it again. Once again I see a complete list of software. Instead of selecting install I ask to see the keysheet instead. Very few items are on the actual keysheet. Isn't that special?
So I order a sev 1 ticket online. I immediately call on the sev 1 ticket. Get asked the usual inane questions by someone with a bad accent (if I had wanted that I wouldn't have entered the ticket online!). He routes me to entitlement. This person's accent is only slightly better but he informs me that sev 1 is not a live transfer and they'll call me when they are darn good and ready.
