Since that is an escape message,
and since that can be easily trapped and handled accordingly,
and if you do the commands you are not going to get any extra screen but just the message,
I don't see that as a problem.
It is something to be aware of though.
Normally that only occurs if you fail to apply the current MF9920# TR prereq PTF prior to the current TR. The MF prereq normally comes out several weeks, if not months, before the new TR. But it can be a bother when IBM comes out with that TR prereq the week after your quarterly IPL and comes out with the full TR before your next quarterly IPL. As such happened to us on the last cycle.
