I have a programmer reviewing a list of journal entries... a program
appears to be performing a update on _all_ records, but not all records
appear in the journal...
I thought I read somewhere that the journal will only contain entries for
rows that had _actual_ column changes... is this correct? can someone
point me to the document that states this?
