True, but Shazam wanted iACS so I'll assume there is a reason they are only doing it manually, could be an ad-hoc request. I'll let them fill in their details.

My vendor issue was more than just about encoding it was about layout, how
bolding was handled, etc. and we were automating it with an eye to the
future when our primary vendor (not the printing vendor) drops their
support for "greenscreen".

Why not download as text and run some kind of markup program on it on the workstation?
Or don't even download it: mount your IFS dir to the workstation via sshfs and edit it *in situ*.

My solution is made from Java, JT400 and SCS Reader. All open source projects and all automated sans green screen, doesn't even run on the Power system. So that's already covered on our side :-)
