Hi Booth
We presently use RPG-XML SUITE (KRENGELTECH) for processing payments - which is VERY good

And we communicate with a LOT of other internal systems - and we were forced to use SOA - which in my opinion adds at least one extra stage/complication to the process
With this - Integrated Web Services - now that I can see what I was doing wrong, I believe the turnaround in giving data to other systems will be MUCH less complicated and quicker
That is - as long as I don’t screw things up
Ah well - they do say you learn from your mistakes
All I can say is that I must have learnt a @#(^ load of knowledge with this proof of concept program

Now - I just need to clean up my document

Nadir is a great asset for the IWS feature.  He is the Wizard on this, eh?

Now that you have a working concept, what is your reaction to offering web services?  (I am curious if my reaction was typical or atypical.  I really believe web services solves a whole lot of problems for us RPG people caught in an HTTP world.)
