I have had issues if the PMH was opened on the phone finding it on the webber. For that reason among others I open them on the web if possible.

Biggest issue with PHM (hardware) is the teeny tiny entry box to put text in.

David,

On the PMR search page, on the right, you should see a tab, My hardware requests.
Click on that tab, next page that appears, you should see another tab, View all my hardware service requests.
Click on that tab.
I see two, dating back to 2016.

Subject: Tracking hardware service requests on ibm.com?

Folks:

I recently submitted a hardware service request (cache batteries) on the phone with IBM.

I was given a ticket number ... but I can't find any way to track that ticket on the support site.

I've searched on the service request site (same site that I use for PMRs, but on the "My hardware requests" side.

Is this normal? Is there another site that the request can be tracked?

Thanks!

david
